What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give one) and your message. We use this only to reply to you.
We also keep a copy of each message on our web server, in case the email does not arrive.
Why we use it, and how long we keep it
We use your details to answer your enquiry, which is in our legitimate interest and yours. We keep messages for up to 12 months, then delete them. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing.
Cookies and third parties
This site sets one cookie that is strictly necessary: a session cookie that protects the contact form from misuse. It is deleted when you close your browser.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The map on the Find us page is provided by Google and loads only if you choose “Show map”. If you do, Google may set its own cookies, under its privacy policy.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us at the address above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
